As a personal certified ICF coach, with 120+ hours practice with the clients, got certified at NeuroLeadership Institute, UK, I offer partnership to the clients with focus on self-discovery thinking process and personal growth, guiding through insights and overcoming fears. Hi, I’m Pavels!

Big part of my life is devoted to growth and constant work on improvements and efficiency. Last 7 years I was focusing more on how to achieve success by being part of and building great teams. I’ve practiced individual coaching and helped my team members to grow and overcome challenges. On a higher scale I’ve learned and practiced Objective and Key result setting ranging from individual to teams of 100+ people.

Leadership toolkit course
